Subscriptions and plans

Pixcraft operates on a subscription basis. Each pricing plan defines limits on spaces, users, templates, exports, and AMP events.

Limits

The limit on templates and exports is tied to the owner's account — the person who paid for the subscription. Invited users do not have their own limit.

The limit is shared across all spaces of the account. For example, on the Starter plan, 300 templates are available — if 100 templates are created in one space, 200 remain for all other spaces. All participants of a shared space share the remaining limit.

Similarly, the export limit is shared among all users, rather than being provided to each individually.

Exception: test sends do not count toward the overall export limit and are calculated individually for each user.

Viewing limits

Current limit usage is displayed in the Plans section in the plan information block.

Depending on the current space, limits may differ if they belong to different owners.
